Created to take stress of your big day. This packages starts one month out from your wedding where we have an hour consult call to go over where you’re at, and any questions you may have. Day of, we are on site generally two to three hours pre ceremony time, to one hour post dinner- typically about 10 hours.
During this, we set up and decorate your event according to your vision. We are on site for the most important moments of your day, and are main point of contact for vendors keeping questions and worries away from you.
Prior to the day we review your wedding timeline together, which I then distribute and confirm with among your vendors. We attend your rehearsal to help direct your wedding party and ensure your walk down the aisle goes flawlessly.
As our client, you receive access to our wedding planning software to streamline all things planning from the moment you book with us. On this software, you can:
Create a wedding website.
Organize guests and keep track RSVPS, allergies, and more.
Create floor plans and seating charts.
Add and keep track of vendors you’ve inquired with, booked, their payment terms, and contact information.
Easily create design boards with notes for each area/ aspect of your wedding
Check items off the wedding planning check list, assign tasks, and so much more.
Option to add event tear down, ensuring all your items are packed with care, venue restored to original state, and to take the task away from being assigned to family and friends.
